manage the synth setting for a particular take, e.g. by recalling the program selection or even controllers.

offer a gui "configure" button

first milestone: recall the most recent program change message (on any channel).
second milestone: select between these options: "first milestone", "recall PCs on all channels", "recall PCs and controllers (except blacklist)"
