anchors to table rows have changed, old anchors do not work any more

with 2021 (and ongoing) anchors in tables used as a source for Wikidaheim have changed from individual ids to WD-Item-IDs.
Instead of

  the anchor now is
• https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_denkmalgeschützten_Objekte_in_Hirtenberg#Q1714296

The WD-Item-Id can be retrieved from table row templates using parameter WD-Item

This has to be fixed to have correct links from WikiDaheim entries (zum Eintrag) to the corresponding table row. At the moment all these links lead to top of the list, not the table row.

Templates that have been migrated to the new WD-Item anchors are:

• Vorlage:Denkmalliste Österreich Tabellenzeile
• Vorlage:Gemeindebau Wien Tabellenzeile (anchor still to be done)

Source Links are currently provided via the Backend API and have to be fixed there. @pixelhaufen
