Dying light 2 Crashes after falling into water

I've been trying to play Dying light 2 after downloading from Steam. I'm new to Whiskey and computer gaming overall. you can play, but when the character falls into the water, the game simply hangs or gives a black screen. If someone had a difficult time, tell me how to solve this problem, I will be very grateful.I use whiskey version 2.3.3
