[Bug]: Can´t create Bottels

Description

Can´t create any Bottles and can´t delete it

Steps to reproduce

I restarted my Mac and now there is the Problem that I can´t create any Bottels. Another problem is that i can´t deinstall it because by downloading a new .zip it opens instantly and doesn´t reinstall anything.
I already tried different Windows versions.
