After upgrades mingw-w64-x86_64-curl to v8.8.0, Linking CXX shared library libimhex.dll FAILED

Upgrades mingw-w64-x86_64-curl to v8.8.0
Reloads imhex cmake project
build

After folder msys64\mingw64\lib\cmake\CURL deleted, imhex builds successfully
