Describe the problem

Add glossaries support while using Amazon Translate. The API documentation is here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/translate/latest/APIReference/API_ImportTerminology.html

Describe the solution you'd like

Add GlossaryMachineTranslationMixin to AWSTranslation, hook it to download_translations and implement missing methods.
