No Bleeding Docker for 2 days.

The build is indeed flakey in the last days. Most likely for reasons described in #2589.

It did work today (you can see the CI status at https://github.com/WeblateOrg/docker/actions/workflows/bleeding.yml). The root cause is described in #2589.
