Describe the issue

Despite all necessary configuration with a reverse proxy and the rest of the app working great, when navigating to Manage -> Repository maintenance, Weblate repository URL is shown with http.

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. In a project go to Manage -> Repository maintenance
  2. Locate Weblate repository
  3. See that URL starts with http://

Expected behavior

I want to see https:// in the URL if the rest of the app is served with TLS.

It needs to be turned on by https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/config.html#enable-https

This issue has been marked as a question by a Weblate team member. Why? Because it belongs more to the professional Weblate Care or community Discussions than here. We strive to answer these reasonably fast here, too, but purchasing the support subscription is more responsible and faster for your business. And it makes Weblate stronger as well. Thanks!

In case your question is already answered, making a donation is the right way to say thank you!

I know and I have WEBLATE_ENABLE_HTTPS: 1 in the container. But it still does not work.

Is it really applied? Maybe you have it in environment file as well with a different value?

What helped is to set it like so WEBLATE_ENABLE_HTTPS=true.

Alright, thanks! Probably, a user error then!
