ARCO ampm URL incorrectly flagged

@dmee92 (4) WY AM [David] (not urgent) Can we get the ARCO ampm listing to recognize ampm.com as the correct website in WMEPH? Currently when you harmonize an ARCO to include an AMPM it changes the website from arco.com to ampm.com but then flags it as not being the correct website. At least in Washington it does this.

NWR currently has two entries open to them for ARCO:
