Allow PNH URL to match when a localized URL has been entered.

For example:
PNH spreadsheet = tacobell.com
Editor enters = https://locations.tacobell.com/ms/brookhaven/977-brookway-blvd.html

Since the editor URL includes the PNH URL, allow for it to match
Allowing for wildcard before and after PNH URL.
