[Feature request] Disable/enable entire group of macros

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If your setup gets large, you start thinking on optimizations. For example turning off unnecessary macros that don't do anything when a certain variable is not set to 1. All of those macros are in 2 groups and there are 16 of them, for now. So instead of adding 16 enable and 16 disable actions, would be great to just add 2 enable and 2 disable actions for the groups.

Add some sort of e.g. Macro group actions that can enable/disable all macros in the chosen group.
