Ultimately, this PR does a few things:

  1. Allows tests to be run from any WordPress install, in addition to the current approach of having the plugin installed to a WordPress.org Develop checkout.
  2. Offload WordPress test setup for Travis to a bash script that can be run locally.
  3. Run test suite against multisite.

Lo and behold, the tests currently fail on multisite!
