Add a convenience method for Assets that handles the whole upload process by itself #4

Currently, only POST /assets and PUT /assets//confirm are implemented, but the uploading itself is not implemented. There should be a single method to handle file uploads that does the initial request, uploads the file and then confirms if the upload was successful. See also Voog/voog.js#3.
