No idea how we have missed making a bug for this as it's one of our most-requested features lately, so it's possible there's a duplicate I just couldn't find.

Analysis passes will enable plugins to interpose themselves between existing analysis passes, to for example rewrite IL.

Been on dev for a few months now. Will open a new issue to track future improvements such as run-once, automatic detection of when to apply a workflow, as well as the ability to create meta-workflows that merge multiple workflows to be loaded.
