Issue description

If the render was placed slightly towards the top of the page, it would look much better.

I think this should realistically be a bug report for Patchouli. It knows the dimensions of the multiblock, yet chooses to render it outside the frame without providing an option to adjust the default position. If the multiblock wasn't supposed to be build by a player, a workaround could be to add empty blocks below, but those would affect the in-world build guide.
