Currently only staging is deployed automatically, and even that is done by Heroku's black magic.

Suggested flow for this:

Deploy to staging after all tests pass
Run end-to-end tests on staging
Promote staging to production
Run end-to-end tests on production
If the end-to-end tests fail, rollback production
