"Profile Templates" are missing

Describe the bug
The "Profile Templates" introduced in code v1.78 are missing from vscodium. -> https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_78#_profile-templates

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'settings'
2. Navigate to 'Profiles'
3. Click on 'Create Profile...'
4. Beyond the two standard options there is nothing else (see screenshot).

Expected behavior
Having the profile templates available.
