How to assign keyboard shortcut to "Show Open Editors" function

How can I assign a keyboard shortcut to the "Show Open Editors" function which is available in the hamburger menu of any editor group window's toolbar? There isn’t a default shortcut assigned. The function isn't even accessible any other way that I can find other than through the hamburger menu.
