The project name 'rust_hdl' doesn't reflect its purpose of being a language server for VHDL #250

I suggest that you should rename it into something like vhdl-lsp or vhdl-rust-lsp.

The LSP tool is called VHDL-LS, its just this repo that is called Rust HDL
