Related to VEuPathDB/EdaNewIssues#287 and VEuPathDB/EdaDataService#180; revisit verbiage post-b58

Possible suggestions to use instead of “entity”:

“Observational unit” (see: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/tidyr/vignettes/tidy-data.html)
“Type”
“Group”
