• 1-When I try to select a large number of codes for tagging, the tagging tab freezes, and I'm unable to scroll down to choose the tag.

• 2-The filter options are functioning properly; also now we are able to download different versions; Additionally, the functionality for different roles is also working well.

• 3-For certain projects, even though I am listed as the owner or editor, I keep receiving this message. Is it just happening to me, or could there be an issue with the project?

Example: mytest project--> the first codelist -->acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM)
Another example: VAC4EU project --> the codelist B_ANAEMIA_COV

• 4-When I try to export multiple codelists, I keep encountering the below error( My role in the project is editor.);However, when I tried downloading multiple codelists in another project where my role was owner, it worked fine. Could this issue be related to my role in the project?

• 5- Could you please show us how to switch the roles?

• 6- The exported codelist columns are now different from what we previously had in the VAC4EU scripts. Sima will need to speak with the PIs to determine if adjustments are needed in Codemapper or if the previous script included unnecessary columns.

thanks for your feedback; some updates:

1- fixed

3- mytest/acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) was in an invalid state (already in the old codemapper) and removed it, the link for VAC4EU/B_ANAEMIA_COV works now

4- mappings must be saved in the new version of CodeMapper before downloading them - the messages are now clearer

5- project owners and admins can set user roler in tab Members of the mapping.

6- what are the unexpected changes in exported codelist columns?

@benozol Thank you. regarding Bullet 4 : (mappings must be saved in the new version of CodeMapper before downloading them - the messages are now clearer) , is this something we should do manually, or can you do it automated ?

Regarding bullet 6, there are no unexpected changes in the columns of the exported codelists. Our previous full codelist had different column names and some additional columns that I believe were unnecessary, but I’ll need to confirm with Daniel and get back to you.

the previous column names were:

As you can see, columns G, H, and I represent the names of the codelists, which have been separated.
For example, the codelist name P_24weeksCHILD_PrA has been split across these three columns, though I'm not sure why. I will check with Daniel to clarify.

We need the following columns to be exported in the full codelist

Column A is a full name for each Codelist that would be available when we import the SharePoint
Column G,H and I, are the name of the Codelists but seperated bu Underscore
for example the name of the Codelists is P_24weeksCHILD_PrA but we devided it in three columns and removed the _
