[Images] Try to extend support for Android 7.0 and older

LetsEncrypt has finally turned off cross-signing in June 2024. Previously #764 this enabled Android 7.0 and older devices to continue to connect.

Look into alternatives:

• Like manually including their root certificate, or
• Switching to Google Trust Services (if this is even an option, also won't help with TMDB),
• ...?

Might have to not only enable this for the image cache server, but also TMDB. Trakt seems to use Google Trust Services, which use a root certificate still trusted by older Android devices.
