(England and Wales) Handle the "extra geographies" column where data exists

The England and Wales data is discovered from this page. At present, only the "first column" of zipfiles are downloaded and processed (incorporating output areas, super output areas, local authorities, regions and countries). There is a second column of zipfile which contain extra geographies (currently Wards), which are not currently processed.

Processing these could add richness and details to the England and Wales census data.
