Usage link doesn't work

hello, I've tried using the link you're providing for easy access to the website, and when I click on it, it says Application error.

Since we deployed the app on Heroku months ago and Heroku stopped its free services on November 28, our app doesn't work anymore.

We haven't planned to deploy it on any other platform yet. It was an educational project.

This issue could be a trigger for redeploying it.

@Sboursen and @mirouhml might have interest.
