1.0.5 - Multi-Language Update

I've added language support for the following.

Language Supported:
Russian, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, Portuguese

I've also fixed some bugs I had come across from the previous version with items and block explosions.
I have also added some optimizations to hopefully make the plugin run better on servers.
