Is there a way to modify a players Arcanus(Legacy) attributes using /attribute in 1.19.2?. I was wondering if there were any ways to directly modify a players attributes through the attribute command to modify mana cost/regen or like max mana.

Should be able to do that, yes.
here is where the attributes are created if that helps.
