I'm hoping that I've missed something and that there is an easier way to do this...

I made a mistake the other day. I shut down my starr apps to work on something else, completely forgetting to pause my Unmanic workers. Because my workers all have dependencies on Radarr & Sonarr, every single file it tried to process failed, expected behavior. I worked on what I was doing late but didn't finish, went to bed, got up the next morning to finish, and fired everything back up. Fired up the Unmanic GUI to check on progress to find that I had over 30K failed tasks, again, expected behavior.

Do you have any idea how long it takes to delete 30K failed tasks 50 at a time? I'll let you know when I finish. Can we not get an option to clear all tasks, all completed, all failed? I changed my library settings to only keep tasks for 1 day, hoping that may do the trick. It seemed like it was going to. Some tasks cleared out automatically, but most didn't.

Am I missing something to make this a little easier?
