Material UI: University

Rewriting the University view with Material UI components.

Other visible changes:

• Using the toggles does not cause the page to reload!
• Created a separate loading/error view for sections of the page
• Separated progress and graduations to different tabs
  • The tab is stored in the url query params
• Disabled the awkward animations for the charts
  • This should make it faster
• New info boxes
  • The color is blue ("info") instead of green ("success")
  • Content is revealed when hovering -> does not shift the layout
  • This could be changed if being able to toggle the info box text is deemed necessary
• The page is responsive and works on smaller screens too

Other internal changes

• More TypeScript in relevant files
• Moved more types to the shared module
