Since the release v4.0, this tool implements the CNOSSOS-EU standard method for the noise emission (road and rail (for France)) and with noise propagation.

• Upgrade H2 and H2GIS version
• Change triangulation library poly2tri -> Tinfoor (https://github.com/gwlucastrig/Tinfour)
• Does not use triangulation for accelerate propagation (only used in DEM intersections test)
