When creating a new position in v4 and adjusting the ranges, a UX bug occurs that sets one of the values (the lower bound) wrong, when typing in the upper bound.

See screen recording, there you can easily see that when I edit the upper bound, the lower bound tries to be smart but fails, resulting a worse user experience.
