Lua-defined GUI should have the updated information about GUI scale (71587c0)
SettingsMenuState should reload when GUI scale is changed
Hotbar and BlockInfoWidget should be updated
TitleScreenState should be updated
gk::TextInput in ServerConnectState should be affected by GUI scale
