can't connect to the server

Description of bug

When trying to connect to the server where I and my friends were supposed to survive, I kept getting an error (Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host).
This error was also present on the other server.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter the game on any version (tested 1.12.2 and 1.16.5)
2. Connect to the any aternos server or paid server

Suspected cause

No response
