Overview of Proposed Changes

Coursebook has data from 2000. We have grade data from 2017 Fall onwards. So for some courses we have professors without grade data because the last time they taught that course was before 2017 Fall.

I suggest dropping these professors from the results as they add no value / confusion (why is there a professor with no grade).

Works in conjunction with #287 so that the only results with no distribution are the ones who just started teaching
