Create new directory in /app called about

Create new page.tsx in /app/about for the About Page

Add photos, descriptions, quotes, etc. from the Figma

Ask Board/alumni for previous quotes
Ask previous project leads/members for quotes
More photos

For UPCOMING EVENTS:

Use placeholders, but for now we will store event information in Contentful
