Re-create the sun/moon daytime/nighttime functionality for the homepage

Create a new directory in /components to implement the design and functions

Modify About.tsx to add the component

MAKE SURE TO CHECK BREAKPOINTS FOR MOBILE-READY

  • The component should disappear when on a small-enough screen, like the largest iPhone

LOW PRIORITY, other issues take priority
