Aus der Diskussion in #74 (comment): Sollen Lokalsätze auch vom Translator bereits angelegt werden oder ist es geschickter diese manuell jeweils zu ergänzen?

wenn man beim jeden Eintrag im Lokaldatensatz etwas anderes ergänzt werden muss, dann kann dies manuell erfolgen. Wenn nicht, kann mit folgender Zeile den Lokaldatensatz erzeugt werden.\nE* l01
