/////////////////////////// to run on computer
programms/ libraries required to run this project
1-pyhton, 2-pip
1 - Open terminal in any folder
2 - Run command : git clone https://github.com/hamza-saqib/yolov5.git
3 - Move to yolov5 folder where code is downloaded using cd command : cd yolov5
4 - pip3 install torch==1.8.1+cpu torchvision==0.9.1+cpu torchaudio===0.8.1 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
5 - In case of windows:
1- Downlaod and install pytesseract from following link https://digi.bib.uni-mannheim.de/tesseract/tesseract-ocr-w64-setup-v5.0.0-alpha.20201127.exe
2- Create enviornmental variable named TESSDATA_PREFIX: C:\Program Files\Tesseract-OCR\tessdata. Or where it is installed.
6 - In case of Linux/Pi run following commands:
1- sudo apt-get update
2- sudo apt-get install libleptonica-dev
3- sudo apt-get install tesseract-ocr tesseract-ocr-dev
4- sudo apt-get install libtesseract-dev
7 - pip3 install tesseract
8 - pip3 install tesseract-ocr
9 - Install pyhton requirments using command : pip install -r requirements.txt
/////////////////////////// To run on ressbery pi
1- Start resberry pi
2- Open terminal
3- run following command:
1- cd Downloads/yolov5
2- source ../yolov3/env/bin/activate # activate the python enviornment.
3- python detect.py --source 0 # this will start camera on pi.
to get the latest code from github
$ cd Downloads/yolov5 # current yolo directory.
$ git pull origin master
