Integrate with BlazorMonaco or vanilla JS

Hi everyone!

First of all — I'm really excited about this project!

I'm particularly interested in knowing if anyone has experience integrating this library with Blazor — for example, by bundling it in a way that it can be easily loaded "on top" of a Blazor application/existing Monaco-Editor instance.

My goal is to combine it with this project:

Has anyone tried this, or could point me in the right direction? Any tips, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @mariuskrass my apologies for overlooking and not answering your question. monaco-languageclient relies on API compatible version of monaco-editor that is part of the @codingame/monaco-vscode-api package family.

If you want to use a package that directly relies on monaco-editor you have to override the dependency. How this can be achieved with npm, pnpm, yarn is described here.

I have not used Blazor, so I cannot give a recommendation here, but I guess there are ways to override/enforce a dependency package like monaco-editor.
