Add compressed Ender Pearl block

The normal stack size for Ender Pearls is only 16. Adding a recipe to compress Ender Pearls would help take up a lot less storage space, and reduce the need for adding other compression mods (which can often break compatibility for the sieves/hammers, due to often adding a separate compressed block for things like sand & gravel).
