Dang. I came here looking for this. I'm excited to see it, but bummed to see it still open.

I've been hunting for configurations or commands to change the sink's liquid, or craft tweaker compatibility to do the same.

Overall, this would be an awesome feature to have.

I'd like to suggest you not only add compatibility for TaN's water, but also other water purity mods such as Thirst Was Taken. In fact, it would be nice if the sink accepted any liquid and preserved NBT for it. Possibly an allowlist of fluids would be necessary to prevent unwanted fluids.
