Tor & Moderation tools

I'm looking for a replacement for my current app, and there are two things I need to ask if they're offered by Dawn before giving it a try:

• Ability to route through Orbot
• Moderation tools & ModMail capability

I hadn't seen anything in previous issues mentioning these, nor in the README, so I apologize if they're mentioned elsewhere and I just didn't see it.

The Tor thing is far less of an issue, as one can just launch the app using Orbot's VPN mode.

The moderation tools would be huge though. Obviously a crucial feature for ppl who mod their own subs.
