(Feature request) Replace (?) with information icon

In a few different places, we currently have (?) which can be hovered for a tool-tip. When i see question marks and parenthesis or brackets, I think something didn't get populated correctly.

We should probably use an informational icon like we do here:

There may be others, but this search shows a few instances of this.
