Automated Tests (TravisCI) fail with Django upgrade #87

Upgrading from Django 1.11 to Django 2.2 causes TravisCI to fail. Update test files to accommodate the corrected tests and re-deploy.

Added test to create user account and log user in for Django 2.2 -- TravisCI now passing successfully
