How are you trying to access Plex? Through the launch button on the plex.tv website? Manually typing in your server IP address? Double clicking the Plex icon on your server, which then launches Chrome with an address like: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/ Lastly, when you see this problem in Chrome, could you press F12, click the console tab and take a screenshot (or make note of) what errors or messages might be listed? |
To follow up a bit more, do you have a phone/tablet that Plex knows about? |
I am accessing it on the computer that the plex server is on through the chrome browser. I have a S6 that I have plex app on as well. The funny thing is when I changed secure connections from required to prefered it started working. When I switched back it was still working. |
Ok, I have I went back and tried it again. I access Plex through localhost:32400/web/index.html. Transmogrify only works if the secure connection is disabled, at least for showing which episodes I am missing. I am including 4 attachment which show all errors that have occurred on the most recent show that I tried to watch with the Network Connections set to Preferred. I would like to have this on Preffered at all times and not have to switch to disabling secure connections. |
Ok scratch that I just tried going back to unsecured and it wasn't working. I am truly stumped on how this program works lol Also I have switched to Windows 10 Pro 64, Plex Server 0.9.15.2, Plex Web 2.5.2 |
I have installed this on the latest chrome and the only thing I see that it changes is a stats button at the top of all pages. Even that doesn't work, it sits there trying to load endlessly. Please advise of how to fix!
