Pull latest changes from choojs/nanohtml

Summary

There have been a significant number of changes in nanohtml, some of which are features we really really want (like fragments!). We should look into getting the latest changes, and seeing what we can take advantage of.

So, looking through the different commit histories, I'm afraid this fork has diverged significantly in a way that prevents a simple rebase.

We should honestly look at what the side-effect would be of hard-migrating to choojs/nanohtml and see what that experience is like, and if Tram-One would work as expected or not.
