Add Eurobeat FM as a separate station option pretty please

Hi, this is a request, rather than an issue. :)

For months, I wanted the "new" vladivostok songs added as a separate radio station. There is a mod for that already, but I cannot make it work. I thought it might be the perfect addition to make this GTA IV downgrader "the ultimate package". The mod is by Claudio, Ash made a logo for it.

I don't want to be rude, asking you to do this for free in your spare time. I'll gladly donate or PayPal you money for that!

I would love this to happen so much :)

There is an issue with adding or removing stations on IV CE (it makes game crash and creates saving incompatibility or something). So there is a need for code change first, so sadly dont expect anything soon :/

I think it is, iirc i saw some mods that allow either to change amount of radio stations, or add more. But i only work with CE, so i won't do that.
