What's the problem 🤔

All characters are allowed when creating ingredients.

However, some special characters (like %, (, ), $...) are not recognized when referencing ingredients in recipe descriptions.

Bug is present of every instance of Kitchenowl (either app.kitchenowl.org and selfhosted ones).
