Contributing to CalIntra

We appreciate your interest in contributing to CalIntra! Your support and contributions are invaluable in making this extension even better for the community. This document outlines the guidelines and best practices for contributing to this project.

Getting Started

  1. Fork the repository: Click the "Fork" button at the top-right corner of the main repository page to create your own copy of the repository.

  2. Clone your fork: Clone your forked repository to your local machine using the following command:

git clone https://github.com/<your-username>/CalIntra.git
  1. Make your changes: Modify the code, documentation, or other files as needed to implement your feature or fix the issue. Make sure to follow the project's coding and documentation style guidelines.

  2. Commit your changes: Once you've made your changes, stage the files and create a commit:

git add .
git commit -m "Your descriptive commit message"
  1. Push your changes: Push your changes to your forked repository:
git push origin <your-branch-name>
  1. Create a pull request: Go to the main repository page on GitHub and click the "New Pull Request" button. Choose the branch you just pushed as the head branch and the main repository's default branch as the base branch. Fill in the pull request template, explaining your changes and the reasons behind them.
