You should probably run the script from a terminal instead of from the explorer so you can see the error: So either run it another way (from a terminal) in the working directory you want, or run it as admin (which isn't the best and will put some files it needs into |

Or you can copy the command that pycharm runs and that is displayed at the beginning of a run (but be careful of the working directory in that case). |
