published package contains ES6 syntax - unusable in Node.js #1

Thanks for the nice and typed 🙌 library!

Published NPM package contains:

var BidirectionalMap = (function () {
    function BidirectionalMap() {
        /* ... */
    }
    return BidirectionalMap;
}());
export default BidirectionalMap;

Which leads to the following error in the Node.js environment:

    export default BidirectionalMap;
    ^^^^^^

    SyntaxError: Unexpected token export

Could you please change the format of the published package to CommonJS?
